@mike the last time it got that hot here I had to walk across the city to organise an engagement ring on my lunch break. I bought an iced coffee with a big lump of ice cream in it and it melted within a block :D

@rmgr Yea, I believe it. When I walk anywhere I carry one of those metal insulated water bottles. I can't change my grip on the bottle once I start or I'll burn my hand.

@mike humidity is only six though. Here in Tampa, it was literally 100 degrees at 100 % humidity.Still, 116 is a lot of degrees...

@mike @funnylookinhat Some people are weird like that. I went in a trip with my dad to 105 and 5% humidity and kept finding him just sitting in the sun. Only time he didn't complain about being cold 🤷♂️

@MrDers We're cooler right now and just under 90, but our humidity is currently 51%. Still cooler and nicer to be in than that 118 from earlier.
