看到有人說政府機構不在言論自由保護範圍內，嗤鼻：政府機關的帳號與社交平台依然是用戶與服務提供者的關係，當然適用言論自由保護範圍。否則照這邏輯推下去，政府機關與營利法人之間的交易，難道就不受履約精神保護嗎？ :0050: 退一萬步講，就算平台打算給予政府背景的帳號不同審視標準好了，環時帳號乃至胡錫進的帳號照同一套邏輯，早該因為屢次恐嚇台灣的言論而被關帳，可臉書或推特有比照辦理嗎？如果說平台關帳真是按法律走，為什麼這些平台不遵照中國政策，關掉所有中國用戶的帳號？這些社交平台巨頭，不過就是為虎作猖的走狗罷了。
