@zetetic Somehow the idea of Trump not wanting to influence any process isn't what I associate with him. He leans on people, positively and negatively, all the time. Why should he stop now?

Let's assume the ODNI assessment was delivered to the initial recipients today.That starts the second 45 day window, which would be January 30, past the inauguration on January 20.But these are windows and can be expedited if need be.I believe POTUS and ODNI have this under control and the controversy in the press is useful.
