@ChrisWere Comments on Fediverse news, for instance? There are very few scattered sources about this, some of them being dry for a while (calling out @sean). Idk if this being exclusive content makes sense, though.

@ChrisWere if it was fediverse exclusives, then maybe having videos that uttilizes user genereated content would be a neat way to not only build the community around your peertube, but also could portray the community aspect of the fediverse.But you might need a reddit for that, or a fediverse "reddit" to have that properly work.

@ChrisWere I'm going to lazily make the argument that: In order to draw people into this world we have to go where they are. And right now, that's Youtube.On Peertube you're preaching to the converted (insofar as your stuff is about free culture, of course). On Youtube you can, and I'm certain *have*, made people aware of this amazing world.You have a knack for emphasising the humanity and friendliness of this stuff. I voted Both.

@ChrisWere I don't think you should go exclusive. Instead, what about releasing your content first on PeerTube and then later on YouTube? It's more work, but users retain their free choice on where to watch your content.Perhaps try to "push" your users towards PeerTube?For content, what about some tutorials and explanations on all these different Fediverse apps?

@ChrisWereI think, time-exclusive is the best option. When I was still following you on both platforms, it would happen that videos popped up earlier on YouTube and then that was often the video I clicked on, even though it showed up on PeerTube the next day or so.So, if they showed up on PeerTube maybe 3 to 7 days before YouTube, that would solve that. And I also think, your content is good to have on YouTube, to educate the masses.

@tagomago @ChrisWere yeah, unfortunately I'm super behind and have lacked the energy to write. Something about working with WordPress and trying to stay on top of several dozen drafts at any given time just saps the life out of me.

@ChrisWere I'll just vote yes. I really like peertube, and especially the direction it's heading. The biggest downside for me is that it lacks good content.Having some more content in my feed might just help change that :)Tubelab is just about good enough for occasional use, so I'm hoping for the best ^^
