for SOME REASON, my PinePhone does not recieve calls, and if i understand the standard correctly, it's because i'm SUPPOSED to see a +CRING: VOICE message in ModemManager's log (and i can see one in a log contributed by someone else) but there is no such thing!!!and everyone else reports that their Phosh+pmOS setups work???so now i have to debug this. also sent a ticket to the ModemManager GitLab.GRAHHH

to clarify:it can call with basically no issue (loudspeaker doesn't work yet but that's a pretty minor problem) and can send and receive SMS and the incoming calls do show up as missed calls, i just can't answer them while they are happening, because there is no indication that they happen. i tried just smashing the call button in the Calls app, but that didn't do anything.

@grainloom calls work pretty well in mobian. I think they only work in pmos if the device is awake when they come in.

@grainloom Ah geez. Is it fully updated? There's been a few good changes since the pmos community edition came off the assembly line.

@silver no Android update ever made me as excited as the incremental updates of pmOS.all those bugfixes were contributed by regular folks and not some megacorp and it's just all very :blobuwu:
