suggestions for dealig with the kind of insomnia where you wake up at 4am no matter what time you go to bed? very tired now!

@eve Hi, usually waking up early is a sign of either stress either sadness, the brain lets you sleep the minimum of hours you need for your body to be rested, and then wakes you up to have more time to think about your problems. That means that medications and plants are not especially effective. The solution is to take the problem at its roots: the stress/ or sadness. You may try to take a real good time to think about what makes you feel bad before you go to sleep, that way your brain may be more satisfied and let you sleep more.Take care of you ⭐

@Citiza thank you so much for this! this is precisely the cause, and it is all clear, it's just a situation that has to be lived through. but I am hoping to have a conversation or two in the next days that will resolve at least some of the things that are keeping me up, and get some sleep as a result

@eve Yeah, the hardest part is acknowledging what cannot be improved and learning to accept it and not suffer from it. I've had a lot of trouble with that lately : /@Citiza
