       @lain No. Low sugars helps, but the issue with grains screwing your teeth had more to do with grains traditionally being ground with stone mills that left a very thin abrasive sand in the flour than grain itself being bad.The only way to never get bad teeth is to be born with good dental genetics and keep good hygiene.
