       Okay, I've tried everything else, let's see what happens here. I'm a 56yo IT professional currently facing age discrimination in the job market. My skills are proven and broad. I can do operations, project management, service delivery; am versed in multiple OSs, monitoring systems, ticketing platforms. I'm a technical writer and published author.        @FASA_Andrew_1879 Just based on what you've posted you sound like you would be a good fit as a Technical Account Manager at pick a security software vendor any vendor, most are hurting for TAMs. The larger the org the better, as they tend to have a recruitment office, so the recruiters will try to fit you with anything they have open. Think Symantec, Mcafee, Palo Alto, those kind of places.

       @thegibson @FASA_Andrew_1879 Indeed, the job pays decent, but it's hard to keep talent, because the nature of the job is close contact long term with select customers, so eventually the TAM makes contacts somewhere and get brought on (assuming they are a good TAM of course).
