Really wish there was a decent multi-account #linux desktop client for #Mastodon. #Tootle is okay but it's sure buggy.

@trawzified I like Whalebird, I just which they had a flatpak version. I'm probably just being overly anal though.

@terryenglish Ah. I'm not a heavy flatpak user, ao I wouldn't know. I only have discord sitting in its own little environment so it's harder to track what I'm doing/playing.

@misslav Ah there's a Deb nice! I've found that snaps don't integrate that well.

@misslav I keep hearing good things about that distro. I should really give it a go in a VM.

@misslav Is that like the alien command in Debian? It converts RPM packages for install on Debian. The name is probably not a coincidence if it is lol.

@bazurkDarn that sucks. I'm not sure why it's working all of a sudden for me then. Did you install the snap version?

@terryenglish Pop_OS was considering going back to Manjaro. I'd run PureOS but my 1080ti runs like crap with it.

@terryenglish Pop_OS is set it and forget it. Esspecially for a gamer like myself. It honestly got me back into Linux. I've been dual booting on and off for 15 years. once google stadia comes out I no longer need to have windows. I wonder how a new install of Pop_OS would run on an NVME 🙂

@bazurkProbably would be lightning fast. Even slow-ass Windows is fast on those. It just keeps getting better too for gaming on Linux.
