Less is readily possible but I don't believe more is without cheating. As of this writing the extra-special offline MSGing thingy on "Little Mikey's EuroPoint" will report 16 which is correct. On "Little Mikey's Brain" the total number of processing units is 12 and I haven't updated it to use the tighter penguin matrix for 12.
