In my sbbs.ini UNIX secion I commented out the Users and Group via ; I also switched to the same logFacility as your config LogFacility=3 The changes I made to my UNiX session logging. I don't really understand why using Facility=S creates a single log. I'll change my folder ownership back to the users and group sbbs is running under. In the rsyslog.d file I did set those correctly. I noticed if all those are not set correctly rsyslog.service failes to start or degrades. I missed one when editing the file after copy and past from your wiki.
