Put the Synchronet directory tree on a network-share (e.g. NAS or Samba share). 
Each BBS host/server is a client of that share. Each host gets its own sbbs.ini 
file (named ctrl/sbbs.<hostname>.ini) - otherwise, all files are shared. That's 
it. :-)
