I'm doing my best but totally unfamiliar with sbbs. I'm hubbing him from
EleBBS w/ fastecho and binkd.  I don't know what to tell him about his setup.
Supposedly the russia info isn't in any of his config files or setup
screens, but I'm certainly not making that up...  I asked him to come over
here, so hopefully he will!  In the mean time, does anyone know what I can
tell this sysop?
