Should an sbbs system running Linux be reporting that the binkd server is
1.1a 115?  I'm not sure if this guy has a rogue server or what. It's
reporting that he's in russia with a different name and invalid AKAs.  I
asked him to check his settings, but haven't heard back yet.  He said it
worked at one point, but he's no longer receiving packets.  The domain is
pointing to the right IP address, but the information I'm getting from his
system is nothing like what it should be...
