How do you have the FIDOIN event configured in SCFG?

Do you have Options = XTRN_MINIMIZED (likely with other option flags) in the 
[bbs] section of your ctrl/sbbs.ini file? This correlates with the "Minimize 
externals" checkbox in the SBBSCTRL->Terminal Server->Config dialog.
