 DM> Maybe. But the default Synchronet/SBBSecho configuration doesn't do that 
(echocfg->Paths->Outgoing Semaphore File is blank),
 DM> so while (by default) the FIDOUT event will run immediately (which invokes 
SBBSecho export), it will not then immediately run
 DM> binkit.js. If it is, it's because Phil changed some setting.
