Is there a way to post a routed netmail from a script, without a logged-in 
user? MUTIL PostTextFiles ignores file#_addr on a netmail base (destination
ends up 0:0/0), and putting name@addr in file#_to doesn't set the destination 
either. Is there a command-line way to run the MX text-file post menu command, 
or an MPL approach that works from cron?
