You mentioned the word EchoMail.  I assume you have it set to 'Netmail' and not 
EchoMail.  For HobbyNet, the routing is 954:*  Is this the format you are using 
for the network?

I'm told that you can use one Netmail conference area to send for all networks, 
but I assign one for each.
