   Actually, the baud limitation was originally a "feature" in the old version 
of MAKENL (it had a default list of 300, 1200, 2400, 4800 and 9600).

   I removed that limitaion when I made the Y2K patch for it:

       V2.52 -- April 16, 1998 -- Y2k patch (Bj”rn Felten -- 2:203/0)

            Patched the year written in attach and receipt mail.
            Removed the check for Hi ASCII and "erroneous" baud rates.
            Reformatted PRN files into TXT files.

   So, unless someone has been using the completely rewritten PD version by 
Johan Billing and me, reintroducing the limitation, now you can enter whatever 
number you like.
