The greatest observed 3 hr Kp over the past 24 hours was 4 (below NOAA
Scale levels).
The greatest expected 3 hr Kp for Oct 10-Oct 12 2026 is 5.67 (NOAA Scale
G2).

Rationale: G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storming conditions are expected late
on 10 Oct and on 11 Oct due to the anticipated arrivals of several
different CMEs with some potential negative polarity coronal hole high
speed stream influences. G1-G2 (Minor-Moderate) geomagnetic storm
conditions are expected early on 12 Oct due to the anticipated arrival
of additional CMEs with some potential negative polarity coronal hole
high speed stream influences.

B. NOAA Solar Radiation Activity Observation and Forecast

Solar radiation, as observed by NOAA GOES-18 over the past 24 hours, was
below S-scale storm level thresholds.
