My favorite story was about the elderly man who became wealthy sauddenly
because oil was found on his land and he bougfht a new Packard Bell PVC but
was using the CD-rom drive tray as a beer holder.

Not all the calls were simple.  There were a lot of calls concerning driver
issues with Windows 95 and Windows 98.  But I enjoyed the job and learned much
from it as it would lay the foundation for my system and network adminstration
jobs later on.
