Yeah, I had the unfortunate experience of being with a loved one who had to 
call emergency services out of state to take care of a situation and they were 
so distraught when they called directory assistance they litterally asked, "I 
NEED THE NUMBER TO 911", I calmly asked for the phone to facilitate getting the 
correct information."  

The brain does some not so amazing things when one is stressed.
