In the late 90s, I worked for Sears Direct as a PC phone tech in their former
call center in Austin, Texas (just down the road from Dell's).  I once was
helping a customer and told hem to press any key to continue.

A pregnant pause followed.  The customer said sheepishly, "I can't find the 
any
key."

I have many funny stories from that job...
