Full disclosure: I have a proper office I go into once a week.
Wednesdays are built around company meetings, we have lunch brought in,
and it's great to have in-person time. I schedule my 1:1 meetings on
that day.

I'm surprised by the people I see in on wednesdays who are in their
offices with the blinds drawn and the door closed for most if not all of
the day. I'd save the commute and stay home if I were going to do that.
