California, $72/month for home flat-rate calling. While it lasts. I'm
sure it's fiber up to the house then copper into it.

This is up in the mountains and was one of the last areas to move off of
old crossbar switches. They didn't support touch tone dialing until the
late '90s, so you had to set your phone to pulse dialing.
