       ilo is a tiny virtual computer I've designed for running Konilo, and
       other smaller projects. It has some similarites to my older Nga and
       Ngaro systems, but is intentionally designed as a smaller, cleaner
       system.
       
       Architecture:
       
       - dual stack architecture
       - 64k cells of word addressed (32-bit) memory
       - 30 instructions, four instructions per word
       - block based data storage
       - low minimum physical system requirements (tested on multiple systems
         with as little as 384k RAM and a 16-bit host CPU)
