Yeah, easy peasy.

You can run freepbx, or maybe even 3cx.

With the old phones you'll need an ATA though, that speaks SIP on one side, and 


































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































provides the 5V(?) and analog on the other (to the handset).

I used to run freepbx on a beaglebone black - worked well for home.
