I had seen people talking about proxmox, and never knew if I could implement or use it for any of my tasks... I *think* you're right about the 6 month thing... I know they released the ESXi RPi thing just so people could learn/use it with the raspberry pi systems, but if I were to run ESXi for any time I would want to put it on decent hardware so I could actually use it deeply. Altho, the other poster Sean says with an 8gb model he gets some good performance off the Pi even. It is exciting, for me these Pi's have been nothing short of awesome. I run kinda old hardware even for most of my daily drivers - and the Pi ecosctructure really works for me. Teaches linux to my kids, runs my BBS, Home Assistant Server, Pi-Hole and more. They are a big part of my home computer network. :P |07p|15AULIE|1142|07o |08......... --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A46 2020/08/24 (Raspberry Pi/32) * Origin: 2o fOr beeRS bbs>>>20ForBeers.com:1337 (1337:3/129) .
