Its pretty good. The only downside is that it will only boot 64 bit kernels. I was hoping to move my RISC OS to a VM, and also play with dosbian - and may only do it with dosbian if it is running a 64 kernel (or I can make it with a 64bit kernel)... (32 bit user space is OK). But I'm a huge fan of ESXi - use it all the time. For me, I treat it like firmware - ie: it enables you to partition a machine, gives you a remote console (via a browser which is a plus), perfect for me, since I run everything headless. I'll be moving my BBS and hub over to a VM very soon... ....лоеп ....
