I recently rebuilt my server using two Pi4s (1 active, 1 cold stand by) and
USB-SATA adaptors.

I actually have 4 hard drives connected to a USB3 hub for this setup.

Note that I used a "RAID -1" (i.e. two of the drives are active, the other 2
are rsync backups of the active drives).
