I'm sure others have already answered this, but depending on your VPN and the way you connect to it theres several solutions for this issue... basically, you'll tell yer VPN *not* to provide service for MIS and mystic, etc... 

If yer using a GUI app for your VPN these settings are often just in the settings/options menus - if yer using a service like Wireguard/OpenVPN, you can do the same with config files...
