I love them, and am gonna buy more hardware in the future... I did get a batch 
3, so I was pretty early - but;

my mic hasn't worked since day 1; customer service is GREAT, unless you have 
some odd ball issue that not many others do - like this one... not much help 
past their normal suggestions. and never a 'send it in, and we'll make it 
right'

Also, their user-ports are a killer idea- one of the reasons I liked them so 
much... but the USB connections don't always work, for example, the user port 
USB drives sometimes don't mount, or come unmounted after some time...

or, sometimes the thing won't freaking burn an .ISO b/c the USB isn't connected 





correctly... i find myself pulling out a thinkpad because all i wanna do is 
burn an .iso to USB drive - NOW, without messing with bs.

I think it was growing pains - and MOST USERS don't experience the mic issue... 





but the USB issue *IS* widespread. Again, I think they're getting better as the 





batches keep coming out..
