Dude - I know yer struggle... I just did the same thing; from 23.10 back to Arch. :/ es> This time, I used encryption, btrfs, snapper snapshots with grub, and the es> machine has hybrid graphics. Two 'cool' things I like installing are grub2 dedsec themes and Plymouth luks2 decrypt themes; I particularly like aid1090's optimus one (plymouth-theme-optimus-git I think...) I spruces up the boot w/ graphics from power button to desktop. es> I installed the CachyOS repos and now I believe most things are es> x86_64-v3. I haven't heard of these - hmmmm... I'll have to search. es> Needless to say, this is a fast machine, and I'm enjoying it! https://youtu.be/nnqe7H2jhdc |07p|15AULIE|1142|07o |08......... --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A48 (Linux/64) * Origin: 2o fOr beeRS bbs>>>20ForBeers.com:1337 (1337:3/129) .
