KSM can improve memory utilization in a system, but has some problems as well. In two memory-management-track sessions at the 2025 Linux Storage, Filesystem, Memory-Management, and BPF Summit, Mathieu Desnoyers and Sourav Panda proposed improvements to KSM to make it work better for specific use cases. ====================================================================== Link to news story: https://lwn.net/Articles/1016426/ --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A47 (Linux/64) * Origin: tqwNet UK HUB @ hub.uk.erb.pw (1337:1/100) .
