Dragon's Dogma 2 gets 2024 release date revealed early on Steam

Dragon's Dogma 2 will be launching on PC on March 22, 2024, according to the 
release date showing on its Steam page.

The release date for Dragons Dogma 2 has appeared on its official Steam store 
page , just hours before it was supposed to be announced during a special 
live-streamed showcase. 

At the time of writing, searching for Capcoms highly anticipated action 
role-playing game on the digital storefront reveals that its set to release - 
at least on PC - on March 22, 2024, which means that theres less than four 
months to wait. Its not currently known if this same release date will apply 
to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X |S versions of the game, but theres no 
doubt that well find out before the end of the day. (Image credit: Future /

The 15-minute Dragons Dogma 2 Showcase was first announced on November 17, 
but early this morning (November 28), Hideaki Itsuno confirmed the news that 
all fans had been hoping for - the showcase would indeed reveal the release 
date. However, it seems that the information slipped through Steams net 
slightly sooner than planned. 

Furthermore, this apparently isnt the first time that Dragons Dogma 2 s 
release date has surfaced online. As GamesRadar+ reports , the very same 
March 22 release date reportedly appeared on the PEGI age rating website 
earlier this month, but it was seemingly deleted before TRG was able to 
verify it. 

Anyway, even if it seems that the highlight of the showcase has been 
unveiled, theres no doubt that todays showcase will be an exciting watch for 
anyone looking forward to the game as it promises the reveal of new in-game 
footage. If youre interested, youll be able to watch it from Capcoms YouTube 
channel at 4pm ET / 1pm ET / 9pm GMT, which is the equivalent of 8am AEDT on 
November 29.
