The V8 is the oldest model in the current Dyson lineup, and the Advanced is a slightly updated version with stronger suction specs than the original. It's very simple in design but remains extremely popular. The Dyson V12 Detect Slim joined the lineup alongside the V15 Detect in 2021, and has some of the same advanced features as that model while being more compact and affordable.
