The answers to today's Strands, game #621, are FAINT NEBULOUS TENUOUS SUBTLE 
UNDERSTATED SPANGRAM:BARELYTHERE My rating: Hard My score: 1 hint 

After a long run of fairly easy games Strands has turned in the opposite 
direction, with another tricky search and hard-to-spot spangram. 

The top left-hand corner is usually the key to me being fast or not and 
todays blank had me navigating around the board until I found something 
vaguely low-key elusive. 

Fortunately, after getting FAINT the word NEBULOUS revealed itself before my 
very eyes and I was on my way  or so I thought. 

Struggling to think of any more words that fitted the theme I went hunting 
for non-game words and took a hint to eventually help me on my limp towards 
the finish line. Yesterday's NYT Strands answers (Thursday, November 13, game

is NYT Strands? 

Strands is the NYT's not-so-new-any-more word game, following Wordle and

desktop or mobile.
