Subj : The Coros Pace 3 is better value than almost any Garmin watch you To : All From : TechnologyDaily Date : Wed Nov 12 2025 13:30:07 The Coros Pace 3 is better value than almost any Garmin watch you can find I'd set an alert for the Black Friday deals Date: Wed, 12 Nov 2025 13:25:29 +0000 Description: Now that the Coros Pace 4 is out, expect the Pace 3 to drop in price. FULL STORY ====================================================================== Were big fans of Coros watches here at TechRadar. The Coros Pace 4 is the latest watch to be released, replacing the much-loved Coros Pace 3 . Its even on the wrist of legendary marathon runner Eliot Kipchoge (although hes sponsored by Coros, so this might not be entirely coincidental), and when were done with our review, its likely to make our list of the best running watches for 2026. Weve got reviews of the whole new range in the pipeline, but one of the watches were most excited about is now a couple of years old. With the Coros Pace 4 being released, its likely the Coros Pace 3 will drop in price in the early Black Friday deals . The Coros Pace 3 isnt really a lifestyle watch in the way an Apple Watch Series 11 or Garmin Venu 4 might be: its firmly a training tool. Eschewing metal for plastic (its cheaper and lighter) and featuring a low-power memory-in-pixel display for longer battery life at the expense of brightness, the Coros Pace 3 is extremely light at just 30g with a nylon band and under 12mm thick. It weighs the same as a slender Fitbit Charge 6 , a whole 13g less than the smallest Garmin Venu 4 and less than half of an Apple Watch Ultra 3 , so those with slim wrists who dont want a chunky, weighty adventure watch will feel right at home with it. (Image credit: Future / Matt Evans) Its got a ton of metrics for the price, including sleep, recovery, five satellite networks, stride information, and more. It can also last up to 24 days, as opposed to an Apple Watchs 24 hours. True, it doesnt have Apples stellar screen, operating system, and communication features, but if all you want is a reliable training companion you dont have to charge for weeks, the Coros Pace 3 is absolutely a great choice. Best of all? Its cheap. Really, really cheap. At $229 / 219 / AU$399, its an outrageous value for the amount of features you get, and with the Pace 4 having just been released, its likely to drop even lower. Below, you can see our Coros Pace 3 live price widget, which automatically finds the best deals for you at the moment. If this watch drops to under $199 / 199 / AU$349, Id recommend you buy it immediately. While representing excellent value as is (its currently top of our best cheap running watch list), any lower and Coros is practically paying you to take it. If its good enough for record-breaker Kipchoge to wear during his marathons, its certainly good enough for us mere mortals and our sluggish Sunday 10-kilometer long runs.
