The answers to today's Strands, game #613, are MAGIC MOTOR WINDY EMERALD 
ETERNAL MUSIC GOLDEN SPANGRAM: NICKNAME My rating: Easy My score: Partial 

The theme didnt give much away today, but after I found MAGIC I guessed that 
we were looking for NICKNAME of a handful of famous cities. 

MOTOR and WINDY were my obvious next cities that I searched out, but I 
struggled a little bit after this before finding EMERALD and ETERNAL. 

Of course the second part of todays Strands is to name all of the cities. I 
got six out of seven, incorrectly guessing that Emerald City referred to 
Miami. How many do you know? Yesterday's NYT Strands answers (Wednesday,

Strands is the NYT's not-so-new-any-more word game, following Wordle and 
Connections. It's now a fully fledged member of the NYT's games stable that 
has been running for a year and which can be played on the NYT Games site on 
desktop or mobile.
