FULL STORY ======================================================================Google has pulled its Daily Hub feature from phones The company claims this Pixel 10 series feature will return once it's improved Google has also started fixing a screen snow issue Daily Hub is one of the many new software features on the Google Pixel 10 series or at least it was, before Google pulled it from its latest handsets. Back when it was available, though, Daily Hub would as the name suggests give you an overview of your day, complete with calendar entries, the weather, messages youve received, and recommendations of podcast episodes and videos. So, why is it gone? Speaking to 9to5Google , a Google spokesperson said: To ensure the best possible experience on Pixel, were temporarily pausing the public preview of Daily Hub for users. Our teams are actively working to enhance its performance and refine the personalized experience. We look forward to reintroducing an improved Daily Hub when its ready. On Reddit , Daily Hub has been described as useless by multiple users, with one calling it one of the dumbest things I've ever seen from Google, so it will be interesting to see whether Google can actually salvage it. No more snow But in more positive news, Google has seemingly fixed another issue, with the company telling Android Authority that it has begun rolling out fixes for a screen snow issue that affected a small number of Pixel 10 devices. This issue would lead to the display sometimes being filled with static for over 10 minutes at a time, so its quite a major problem for affected users. But Google stated that we began rolling out fixes on September 3 with more to follow in the coming weeks. So, if you've been experiencing this issue, it will likely either be fixed now or soon just keep an eye out for software updates.
