I have never done yoga, and I almost certainly never will do yoga. My 
knowledge of yoga is at best minimal. So, yes, I struggled to solve today's 
Strands. I'm not complaining; millions of people do yoga every day, it's a 
perfectly legitimate inclusion in the game, but it's just not right for me. 

I therefore needed a combination of lucky guesses and hints to solve it, 
which never makes for the most satisfying experience. Oh well, there's always 
tomorrow.
