Ha!  Check out the FidoNet Mystic Support reply I got relating to it.  It was 
more of an educational reply on how to hard stop paragaphs.  I think if we 
could export one of the messages I replied to in General BBS chat on TQW, he 
could see all of the blank lines between messages.  While those may have been 
older messages prior to your fix (as I am still waking up and didn't realize 
our conversation existed here and not on TQW General BBS chat) maybe he'd see 
the issue?
