Hopefully the framework helps drive standardization in that space ala ATX.  
While I don't think it would be fair to manufacturers to ensure their stuff is 
interchangeable between brands, at least getting them to keep similar layouts 
through several models will be helpful.

That, and the recent gains on Right to Repair mean we might be approaching a 
golden age of tech.
