I only need a single file for my net, since it's centrally managed here. Strictly speaking, MakeNL is way overkill, but it does do a lot of the donkey work that I'd otherwise have to write scripts for, or do by hand (ugh). Me> Are there any tips or pointers I could look at to give me a nudge in Me> the right direction? Can't help with distributed nodelist production, since I don't use that feature of MakeNL, but you will probably want that so you can handle Net2 and have the others do their parts. I have that part sorted. I wrote a script that uses a fake node number to effectively hatches the file to a file echo and then places the .TIC and hatched file in my hub's inbound direcotry. I can give you a copy of the script, think it even has documentation! My script has been tested, and is in production with Mystic, but in theory it should work with almost any TIC file processor. You will need to set it up with a fake node number and make sure that node is allowed to post to the relevant file echo(s). Let me know if you're nterested. Hmm, MakeNL is supposed to be able to allow multiple nodelist managers (*Cs in Fido speak) maintain their segments then submit them for collation into the global nodelist.
