Well I got your message just fine here, so that's a good sign =)

I don't often go "cold" either, once the host is up and the VM's and
containers are running, I leave it alone until something needs my attention
lol.

Saying that, not too long ago there was a power cut (unplanned) in my area
and expected my systems to get knocked out but luckily they escaped barely...
so I am probably going to invest in a UPS soon. If for no other reason than
to just gracefully shutdown everything.
