I get the bug to do away with Bu> Windows everyt once in a while and install Linux in a VM play with it Bu> for 10 minutes say I am crazy and go back to windows! Huh??? LOL I started over from scratch, downloaded Visual Bu> Studio and edited it with that in Linux and bam! Works like a charm, Bu> having some issues where some echos don't seem to hook up but I will Bu> figure it out.. Ahh yes, that was a good spot by NuSkooler, yeah Notepad++ and other Windowsy editors I think put hidden characters in the files, if you enable the show all characters thing (i forgot what it's actually labelled as) they probably are the little ^M you see at the end of all lines. I think that's what caused it to go wangy, or another hidden character somewhere. Nice job getting that resolved. Bu> As for the software, I'm liking it! I am going to dumb down the graphics Bu> this week because I suck at graphics and put it online for all to make Bu> fun of my new BBS probably next week. It's up now but I haven't Bu> advertised it. I like being in on the ground floor of something. Reminds When you get it advertised lemme know so I can have a nosey =) Bu> me of my days when I beta tested for Symantec, when I think it was Bu> called Norton One first came out, the first beta was horrible!! I threw Bu> some pointers to the head of that beta and he relayed it to the writers Bu> and the 2nd beta was a lot better.. So I don't mind things that don't Wow cool! I remember Norton stuffs, I think Norton change directory and Norton defrag were the first things I used of theirs back in the day. I used to enjoy watching the little characters flashing across the screen while Norton defragged my hard disk, I don't miss those days though haha! Bu> work or things that don't exist (killing messages in the message bases) Bu> but it's cool. I am not installing doors, I hooked up to the big ones Bu> and added my own (I have a door server with about 50 doors so far) and I Bu> am not doing the File Base, so I set the File option to go straight to Bu> my File Server which has about 13 CD's and a ton of Commodore/Amiga Bu> stuff... Anyways, this message is dragging on.. Sounds like you have some awesome projects, the CD's definitely will add a lot of good stuff, I should think about putting more on my ENiGMA 1/2 board, I don't really use it much at all. I made it as I was intrigued on how to install it and configure one, did that, used it a little, but Mystsic is my daily driver so to speak. I occasionally use the ENiGMA board for MRC... but mostly it's just sitting there waiting for the odd caller to come see. It's totally stock too, but I kinda really enjoy it's stock look. --- |14Best regards, |11Ch|03rist|11ia|15n |11a|03ka |11Me|03aTLoT|11io|15N |07ÄÄ |08[|10eml|08] |15ml@erb.pw |07ÄÄ |08[|10web|08] |15www.erb.pw |07ÄÄÄ¿ |07ÄÄ |08[|09fsx|08] |1521:1/158 |07ÄÄ |08[|11tqw|08] |151337:1/101 |07ÂÄÄÙ |07ÄÄ |08[|12rtn|08] |1580:774/81 |07ÄÂ |08[|14fdn|08] |152:250/5 |07ÄÄÄÙ |07ÄÄ |08[|10ark|08] |1510:104/2 |07ÄÙ --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A43 2019/03/02 (Linux/64) * Origin: The Quantum Wormhole, Ramsgate, UK. bbs.erb.pw (1337:1/101) .
