It's already Monday here. :)  But my weekend was typically active.  You may
need a rest after this message. :D

Saturday started with a volunteering stint at Parkrun (one of those great UK
inventions).  I was the timekeeper for the morning's run.  In the afternoon, I
ran a 3.3km leg of a local cross country relay.  Was my best distance run so
far this season.  I'm more of a sprinter, but it's now cross country season,
and I have to run a bit further than I'd normally like.

Sunday started with a track session - an old speed endurance favourite - 6 x
200m with reducing rest (5 mins to 1 min reducing in 1 min increments between
each run).  After that, off to the gym to do a 1 hour weights session.  I'm
about to head out to do more weights and some easy treadmill running. :)
