For incoming, make sure the binkp server you setup on Mystic is only listening
on the ZT IP address.

For outgoing, use your peer's ZT IP address in the Echomail Node setup.

ZT is awesome, though I'm having issues with Deon getting binkp sessions
working over ZT. :(
