Well down here, I have a "router" with a SIM card. When my internet (broadband) disappears, the router actives the mobile SIM and gives me data over the mobile network. While slower, at least I'm still online. Its worked for me once already, I've only had it for about 2 months, and about a month ago, my Internet went offline (they are upgrading my area), and about 3 mins later the mobile kicked in. Interestingly the mobile data network is IPv6 only with NAT64, so I could get to everthing, but I've got nothing setup for IPv6 on my side, so no incoming connections. (Hopefully that will change from tomorrow, when I'm finally connected to this new network and should have an IPv6 address to start moving stuff over to.) ....deon .... Diets are for those who are thick and tired of it. --- SBBSecho 3.10-Linux * Origin: I'm playing with ANSI+videotex - wanna play too? (1337:2/100) .
