Typically its one user per BBS... our BBSes are ran on home servers, in the 
cloud or ... you're connecting directly.

However, the Legacy-X BBS Software project is using a 'home server' that will 
allow for one user account for any Legacy-X BBS.
You can find Legacy-X @ legacyx-bbs.com port 23 - but it is in some form of 
Beta/Alpha... the software isn't fully baked.

A couple of my favorite BBSes, which all need their own accounts, are:
aBSINTHE @ absinthebbs.net port 1940
Quantum Wormhole @ bbs.erb.pw port 23
UNDERGROUDN @ www.theunderground.us port 10023
hyperNODE @ hypernode.ddns.net port 23
